“ Shabos Bistro After some muchneeded rest and relaxation, I was chomping at the bit literally to take my beautiful Nordic Queen out for a proper Date Day. With my mother flying in during my hospital stay, we decided to treat her to a feast at Shabos Bistro for their Sunday prime rib special and on different terms, Ha! Spoiler alert It was a welcome sight and cooked to perfection. We started with my favorite Fresh Pita Hummus and the delightful Teriyaki Sweet Potato Fries 10tossed in teriyaki sauce and topped with mixed sesame. Chef Shabo, always the magician, brought us a special treat Spinach Feta Baklava, soon to be a regular menu item right Chef?. This dish alone would have made the trip worth it.
